Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order. Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping, and may take longer during holidays or peak seasons. Tracking: follow your package using the tracking link in your shipping email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us at contact@thewellorasore.com and we'll look into it. Lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund - no need to send the item back. Changed your mind: you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at contact@thewellorasore.com and we'll send the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Non-returnable items: used apparel (leggings, sports bras, shorts, socks) for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
