Adjustable weight

Each wearable weight has eight removable inserts. Each insert weighs approximately 0.13 lb; each fully loaded wearable weight weighs approximately 1.02 lb.

Adjustable fit

Elastic straps and hook-and-loop closures let you adjust the fit around your wrists or ankles.

Materials

Steel weights with a soft silicone covering. The silicone surface is water-resistant and easy to maintain.
